CurbIQ’s Public-Facing Curb Viewer platform builds off real-time parking occupancy data to show predictive parking throughout the day. While live occupancy is obtained from infrastructure like sensors, cameras, or parking apps, predictive parking occupancy models collect and aggregate this data over time to compute future occupancies. Users can simply select the Predictive Parking option and pick a future time to get a range of expected usage for relevant curb spaces.

The machine learning model created to predict these future occupancies continues to improve as more data is collected and ingested in the model. Year over year data, as well as typical daily usage and current occupancies all contribute to the final predicted output to ensure an accurate result. Our models have been proven to be, on average, 94% accurate.
